Rev. Dr. John R. Miller

Pastor John assumed the pulpit of the Oakley Community Church in 2011. Prior to this assignment he pastored the First Church of God of Owosso, and the Arcadia, OH Church of God.

He was raised in Newark, Ohio, and has been married to Lucy (Crow) of Plymouth, Indiana for 42 years. They have five children and five grandchildren.

Prior to entering the ministry Pastor John served as an engineer with the Morgan Packing Company, Owen-Corning Fiberglas, and the Cummins Engine Company. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Pastor John was awarded his Doctor of Ministry degree from Anderson University in May 2013.
