Compassionate Ministries

The OCC Compassionate Ministries serves the community as a food bank. On the first and third  Tuesday each month from 9:30 to 10:30 AM our neighbors can come to the church and receive a food box with about one week’s worth of food. We strive to encourage them by sharing an inspirational word while the boxes are being prepared. For further information leave a message on the church answering machine. Please note: If Chesaning Union Schools are closed due to weather, food hand out will be on the following day (Wed.), at the same time.

• Organize a sing-a-long for Chesaning Nursing Home
• Table Coverings for Fellowship Hall
• Welcome Packets
• 10% of monies collected are sent to a few charities of choice at the end of year
